Homes for Sale in South Florida
103 cities and 296 neighborhoods, each with its own page built from live MLS data. What is listed now, what it costs to own there, and what actually sold. Read by the brokers who sell here.

Every listing permitted for internet display, not only ours. Or pick a city below.
We have worked this stretch of coast since 2006, and we publish a page only where we have direct MLS data and work the market. Each one carries its own record of what is on the market now and what has genuinely sold or leased there, taken straight from the MLS rather than from a national estimate.

8,557 house and condominium listings across the five counties are marked Pending or Active Under Contract in the BeachesMLS snapshot as of October 18, 2026. Separately, 2,307 active records show a recorded price reduction in the seven-day window ending at this snapshot, based on the recorded price-change timestamp and current price below the previous price. This is not a complete price history.
Tell us what you are looking for and you will hear from Gia when a listing matches it, when one of your matches cuts its price, and when one comes back on. It is read straight from the BeachesMLS feed this site is built on, not a syndicated copy of it, and the same feed produces the market pages below.

Our own listings: homes for sale in Palm Beach County listed by Gia Freer, each with its own page, price history and questions answered.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A portal will tell you what a home in Boca Raton is worth. It will not tell you that Camino Gardens and Boca Villas behave like different markets, or that a condo two streets apart can sit for a season while the house beside it sells in two weeks. The pages below are built to show that.
If you would rather just look at what is available today, search every listing in the MLS — not only ours.

Thinking of selling instead?
The same data that produces these pages produces our opinion of value. If you want to know what your own home would realistically achieve today — not an automated estimate, but a considered market analysis — start here.
Searching for homes: questions and answers
How do I search homes for sale in Palm Beach County?
Start from the city or neighborhood you actually want and work off live BeachesMLS data rather than a national portal, which often shows listings that are already under contract. Every city and neighborhood we cover on this page has its own page with current inventory and closed-sale figures.
How often are the listings on this site updated?
Listing data comes from the BeachesMLS feed and refreshes through the day, and the market figures on our city pages are rebuilt on a nightly schedule with the date shown on the page. If a home has gone under contract, you will see it here before you see it change on most national sites.
Which cities and neighborhoods do you cover?
All five counties: Palm Beach from Boca Raton north through Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, the Palm Beaches and Jupiter; Broward from Deerfield Beach and Coral Springs down through Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood; Miami-Dade city by city from Miami and Miami Beach to Coral Gables, Aventura, Doral and Homestead; plus Martin and St. Lucie on the Treasure Coast. That is 103 cities and 296 neighborhoods with a page of their own, every one of them linked on this page, and each city page lists its own neighborhoods.
Can you email me new listings that match what I am looking for?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to see something before it has been picked over. Tell us the area, property type, price band and bedroom count and you will hear from Gia when a new listing matches, when one of your matches cuts its price, and when one comes back on the market after a contract falls apart. It comes from the BeachesMLS feed this site is built on rather than a syndicated copy, there is no account or password, and one click stops it.
Do I need to register to see homes for sale?
No. You can browse cities, neighborhoods and market data on this site without giving us anything. Registering only adds saved searches and new-listing alerts, and you can ask us to delete the account at any time.
New to buying in South Florida?
If you are earlier in the process than picking a city, start with our buyer guide: how offers, inspections, insurance, and closing costs actually work here, and what out-of-state buyers consistently get wrong — read the South Florida buyer guide. Relocating? Our relocation guide matches communities to how you actually live.
This page covers the real-estate side only. It is not legal or tax advice. Probate, short sale, foreclosure, bankruptcy and forgiven-debt questions belong with a Florida attorney, and anything touching taxes belongs with a CPA. We work alongside both every week and can refer you.
