Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information you provide through www.pbprealestate.com, our contact forms, by phone or email, and through our text messaging program. Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect

Contact details you submit (name, email address, phone number); property preferences and saved searches; communications you send us; and standard website usage data.

How We Use It

To respond to your inquiries, provide real estate brokerage services, send property and market updates you request, schedule appointments, and improve our services.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

We send text messages only to people who have ticked the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or who have texted us first. Giving us a phone number on its own is not consent to be texted. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance or contact us at 561-395-8418.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Ava in ChatGPT and Other AI Assistants

If you connect the PBP Real Estate plugin in ChatGPT or another AI assistant, the assistant sends us only what it passes to our tools to handle your request: your question, the South Florida city you ask about, and, only if you ask us to contact you, the name, email address, optional phone number and short note you give. We do not ask for or keep your chat history, your assistant account details or your location. We use this information to answer your question from pages we publish and, if you asked, so a licensed PBP agent can reply to you about a pricing conversation. A request to be contacted does not sign you up for marketing email or text messages. The company that runs the assistant (for example, OpenAI for ChatGPT) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, analyze site traffic, and improve your browsing experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function properly without them.

Specifically, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site, and a Meta advertising pixel so we can show our own ads to people who have visited. Neither is given your name, email address or phone number. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or Meta’s ad preferences.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records pages you view, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where this site confuses people, and reports which questions AI assistants used our pages to answer. Text you type into forms and other sensitive content is masked before it leaves your browser, so Clarity is not given your name, email address or phone number. Microsoft may use this behavioral data in line with its own privacy statement. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or a do-not-track/ad-blocking extension.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure (HTTPS) transmission and access controls limiting data to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our website hosting, automated assistant and customer relationship platforms), and only for that purpose; with your consent; or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep a record of every question answered by our automated assistant on this website and in AI assistants, including the answer it gave, for five years, so that any automated answer can be checked and corrected. We keep contact details and messages you send us while we work with you and for as long as Florida real estate record-keeping rules require, then delete them on request where the law allows.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link, or contact us at info@pbpre.com or 561-395-8418 to review, correct, or delete your information.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
