If you are thinking about selling, three steps

  1. Tell us about the property

Address, condition, timing and anything a website cannot see: a renovation, a view, a lot line.

  2. Get a written opinion of value

Gia Freer prepares it from the same BeachesMLS data behind this page. No automated estimate is used.

  3. Decide with the numbers in front of you

Sell now, wait, or rent: you see what each path looks like before anyone lists anything.

North Lauderdale single-family, month and year to date

The single-family median moved from $365,000 in September 2025 to $350,500 in September 2026, and median days on market went from 46 to 12. Condominiums and townhouses are a separate market here: 9 closed in September 2026 at a median of $325,000, and they are reported separately on this page.

Month and year-to-date are shown together on purpose: one month in a single city can swing on a handful of closings, and the year-to-date line is what keeps it honest.
