Sabal Lakes is a single-family community in north-west Delray Beach, built mainly in the mid to late 1990s. The homes are typically three bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 2,000 square feet with a two-car garage, mostly single story, and ranch is the common plan. A small share have private pools.
It sits about two miles from the Tri-Rail station and a mile and a half from a golf course, with the beach around four miles east. The homeowners association fee is modest.
