Carriage Hill is a small enclave of large houses in central Boca Raton, built around the late 1970s. It is entirely single-family, split between one and two story plans, and the homes are substantial: roughly 3,800 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms is typical, and every house listed here in the past year has had a private pool. Mediterranean is the most common exterior, with ranch and Key West influences on the older and the rebuilt houses respectively. Lots are large enough to give the neighborhood a wooded feel.
