Palm Beach Farms is a single-family neighborhood in central Boca Raton, built out mainly in the 1970s with a later wave into the mid 1980s. Houses run larger than the city median at around 2,400 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and split between one and two story plans. Ranch and colonial are the common exteriors, with Mediterranean rebuilds appearing on the reworked lots. Nearly nine in ten homes listed here in the past year have a private pool.
It sits within a mile and a half of the Tri-Rail station, about two miles from the Intracoastal marinas and just over two miles from the beach. Five parks and five playgrounds are inside a mile. There is no mandatory homeowners association.
