Monthly housing data and correction records

Use a dated edition when a story needs a traceable source. The current press kits change as data is refreshed. These monthly pages retain their original as-of dates and freeze records.

If an error needs correction, a separately versioned reissue identifies the revised date, source pull, changed figures and wording. Cite the monthly page and its revision. Free to reuse with attribution to PBP Real Estate analysis of BeachesMLS listing data.

The monthly county reports have their own frozen series: the release-day city cut pairs each county release with the share of sellers by city who had already cut asking that day.

First read on the 1st: the September 2026 first read is the month-end close-out published October 1, 2026, before late-reported sales arrive. It is restated October 16.
