Tradition is built around Tradition Square and Village Parkway, west of I-95 at the Becker Road and Tradition Parkway interchanges, and it keeps growing into the Southern Grove parcels behind it. Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital sits inside the district at 10000 SW Innovation Way, which is why so much of the demand here comes from people who work in health care and want a short drive.
