Ask Ava about this dataPrice my home correctlyThe beautiful community of Heron Bay is strategically located next to the Sawgrass Expressway, right between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. It’s also only a few minutes from the gorgeous waters and white sand of Deerfield Beach. The community features two 24 hour guard gated entrances and residents enjoy many amenities. Some of these amenities include the Heron Bay Commons clubhouse which houses a swimming pool, spa, indoor racquetball courts, fitness facility, saunas, 12 tennis courts and a club room that residents can use for events. The Plaza Del Lago Clubhouse is situated near the north entrance and it’s for residents only with 30,000 square feet. Amenities here include a fitness center, basketball courts, aerobics classes, spa treatments, and playground and waterpark area with a grand resort style pool.
There is a large variety of homes and town homes in the community for residents to choose from. Residents also get to enjoy a public championship 18-hole golf course. The course gained fame for hosting the Honda Classic golf tournament for many years.
