What these statistics mean if you are selling in Juno Beach

In a market of 107 sales a year, one asking price that misses the market is visible to every buyer's agent working Juno Beach. Houses still for sale have been listed a median 54 days against 43 days for the houses that sold (October 2025 to September 2026). Condos and townhouses still for sale have been listed a median 94 days against 108 days for the condos and townhouses that sold (July to September 2026). The useful question before listing is not what the highest number is that the market might accept, but what first asking price sells inside the sold-homes clock rather than the for-sale clock. That is the question a comparative market analysis from PBP Real Estate answers, house by house, from the same closed-sale record used here.

Method, source, corrections and download

  • Source data: BeachesMLS listings permitted for internet display, delivered through Cotality Trestle (PBP connection 23039), for listings whose MLS city field is Juno Beach. Listings whose sellers declined internet display are absent and their number is unknown, so no figure is a census; newly listed counts are floors for the same reason.
  • Property type follows the tax legal description: a condominium regime in the legal makes the property a condo whatever the MLS type; townhouses and villas are reported with condos. Houses and condos/townhouses are never combined into one figure. The property-mix shares are shares of a count, not blended prices.
  • Small-market rule: counts (sales, listings, homes under contract, newly listed) are always reported for the month. Medians are reported over the shortest of the latest complete month, the trailing three months or the trailing 12 months that contains at least five sales, and the window and sale count are printed beside each median. Months of supply divide homes for sale by the trailing 12-month average of monthly sales. Nothing is estimated or modeled.
  • Each statistic carries its own data date. Inventory, contract and asking-price figures are the October 18, 2026 snapshot; the latest complete month is September 2026; Palm Beach County context comes from the county market report dated October 18, 2026.
  • This is the 2026-10-18 edition and it is frozen. A new edition is published each day the data refreshes; earlier editions remain downloadable. Published-figure errors are logged at the corrections log.
  • Download: 2026-10-18.csv (CSV, this edition, one row per statistic) or the latest edition. Listing-level records are MLS data and are not redistributed.

Questions about Juno Beach real estate statistics

What is the median home price in Juno Beach?

The median Juno Beach house sold for $1,795,000 over the trailing 12 months (23 sales; fewer than five closed in September 2026 and in the trailing three months); the median Juno Beach condo or townhouse sold for $570,000 over July to September 2026, the trailing three months (14 sales; fewer than five closed in September 2026). Medians use the shortest window with at least five sales (the month, then the trailing three months, then the trailing 12 months) and every median on this page names its window and sale count. Houses and condos are reported separately and never averaged together.

How many homes are for sale in Juno Beach?

On October 18, 2026, Juno Beach had 12 houses for sale and 6 under contract and 63 condos and townhouses for sale and 90 under contract. At the trailing 12-month pace of 23 house sales, that is 6.3 months of house supply. At the trailing 12-month pace of 84 condo and townhouse sales, that is 9.0 months of condo and townhouse supply.

Why do some Juno Beach figures use a trailing window instead of last month?

Juno Beach is a small market: 0 houses closed in September 2026; 2 condos and townhouses closed in September 2026. A median of fewer than five sales is not published on any PBP page. Counts (sales, listings, homes under contract) are always shown for the month, because a count is exact at any size; medians widen to the trailing three or 12 months until five sales are in the window, and the window is named beside the figure.
