PBP Real Estate, LLC is an AI-integrated brokerage. We believe you deserve to know exactly where artificial intelligence helps us serve you — and where it never will. AI-powered tools. Broker judgment. A better way to buy and sell in South Florida.
Where We Use AI
- Marketing and content. Blog articles, social media, video content and website copy are often produced with AI assistance — reviewed by a licensed broker before publication. Daily market updates are calculated by scripts from our MLS feed, with no AI writing them, and pages for our own new listings are drafted with AI from the MLS record so they go live the day the listing does; both are held back automatically if a check fails.
- Market analysis. AI helps us gather pricing data, market trends and comparable sales faster and more thoroughly. AI assists the research and the assembly; a licensed broker authors every figure; no automated estimate.
- Communication assistance. AI helps us respond to inquiries quickly and keep clients updated automatically, so you're never waiting on information.
Where AI Stops and Licensed Judgment Begins
AI never has authority over the decisions that matter most:
- Contracts and negotiations. Every contract, counteroffer, and negotiation decision is handled by a licensed broker. AI does not draft, sign, or send legal documents on our behalf.
- Pricing decisions. AI informs our analysis; Gia and Grant Freer — the licensed brokers you actually work with — make every final pricing judgment.
- Legal and financial advice. We never let AI (or ourselves) give legal or tax advice. We refer you to qualified attorneys and CPAs.
Your Data
We do not sell your personal information. Client information used with AI tools is limited to what is needed to serve you, and we do not use your confidential information to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
Our Disclosure Commitment
When AI plays a meaningful role in producing content you see from PBP Real Estate, LLC — an article, a video, an image — we stand behind it as our own work, reviewed and approved by our licensed team. The National Association of REALTORS® and Florida real estate regulations set clear ethical duties of honesty, competence, and disclosure. Our AI policy is how we meet those duties in an AI-powered practice: full transparency about our tools, and full human accountability for the results.

Does AI decide what my home is worth?
No. AI speeds up the data work; your pricing strategy comes from a licensed broker who has worked this market since 2000.
Is my information safe?
We limit what any tool sees to what's needed to serve you, and we never sell your data.
